1. How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your Bambuu account, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
You will need to provide the email address associated with your account to verify your identity.
2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Your account will be deactivated immediately and you will no longer have access to the platform.
Your personal data (name, email, password) will be deleted from our systems.
Business data such as orders, inventory, and work items may be retained as required by applicable law.
3. Data Retention Period
Personal data is deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.
Business data may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and regulatory compliance purposes.
4. Recovery Period
You have a 7-day grace period after deletion to contact us and recover your account.
After 7 days, your account cannot be recovered.
